How to make Homemade RC car?

I just started a project. I found some free plans on line and built a hull. I used plank on frame construction. This is essentially like building a real boat only smaller. You can also build with hobby ply wood and use plans from a commercial outfit. seal the hull with marine epoxy. (west systems is sold in hobby stores) dont use polyester resin as it is brittle and will delaminate in water. find a motor and radio and install. (i have not reached this point yet though I am experimenting with a homemade drivetrain from an old cordless drill. launch boat. take a fishing rod to retrieve boat when it quits. good luck.

it is very simple ,you just need a RC car and a toy boatfit the motor at the back of the boat

and for steering get a servo and take two cardboard pieces

attach them to the servo moving part(shaft)like a real boat near the propelorr

the propellor can be made from a can

You can make it by buying kits or first take a RC car which has lights on it then open it up and take the first motor and take a plastic bottle or a juice carton and attach it to the 1 of 4 sides then cut off the upper part not full and insert your electronics then take one motor of your choice and remove 1 light from it and attach the motor then again attach it to the next side it should look like this- then take your servo and attach it at the back and add your ruder . then attach 2 propellers to your motor.
