While a casserole dish can be used for other foods, it's commonly used for exactly what the name refers to: casseroles. These include macaroni & cheese, scalloped potatoes, etc.
keep the sliced potatoes in cold water until you are ready to make the dish
Cheesy potatoes could be made with one potato or one hundred potatoes. The amount of cheese needed to make cheesy potatoes is directly influenced by the amount of potatoes used when making cheesy potatoes.
You can use potatoes to make so many yummy dishes! If you want to steer clear of the usual mashed, baked, or boiled potatoes, you can try potato salad, Hasselback potatoes, scalloped potatoes, or try frying them to make delicious chips!
Peel potatoes then use a cheese grater to shred them.
Yes, you can. Most of the time cheese is accompanied by potatoes and onion in the filling, to add texture and prevent it from being all cheese.
ya.... you can make cheese cake without cheese ......cheese cake is normally made with biscuits and flavour.....:P
That depends how you make them. Potatoes on their own should not be considered protein, but rather a starchy carbohydrate. If you make your mashed potatoes with butter, a little milk and parmesan cheese like most people, you'll have as much protein as the milk/cheese contain. It all depends how much you add.
