here's an example:

Bed- Use a pillow , small blanket and a shirt.

You can buy doll parts on ebay and also maybe on amazon (wigs mostly are from another company but you might find an AG one that was taken off of another doll). You can cut their existing wig. You can take off the head (easy to get back on actually with the long strings) and do an eye swap (not sure how this is done exactly but YouTube might have a video). I have not seen it on AG dolls, but if you look on etsy you will find customized doll faces that have been repainted. ON etsy look for "OAK" one of a kind - dolls (For inspiration). I believe they might strip the paint with acetone and repaint with acrylic but I'm not sure. One great tip for cleaning up an old doll is to put a benzol peroxide cream on any marker spots or dye stains and put the doll in the sun. The sun activates a bleach in the cream (pimple cream like Clearisil) and it will bleach the spot but leave the color of the doll's skin (even if a dark skinned doll) in tact (but it might also bleach the fabric body so be careful and some people cover the dolls hair with a towel or her face to keep that out of the sun).
