I believe you would have to get some type of laser surgery,that's also how they remove tattoos even if they are permanent. I personally used a product called DermaTend™, it is an all natural product that you use at home. ∙ 12y agoRemoving moles naturally can be difficult. There are cosmetic precedures (lasers, cutting them off, ect.) Do you consider creams natural? Because there are some creams that can do so. If not, some people believe that lemon juice can help to lighten the appearance of freckles and some moles. (usually smaller, lighter shades.)
