1995 Dodge Caravan Radio Removal

OK First carfully takr off the clip aorund the radio.. this clip covers the radio,vents,and also runs down to the ash tray. remove the 2 to 4 bolts holding in the factory radio. be sure to securley attach the ground to the new radio if not you can blow the radio or run down the battery.. I ran into that problem with my 92 caravan the wire was frayed and blew out my rca out connectors. then just press your clip back on and your done!!! I hope that this helps you.

WoW.I have just completed that job takes a little time but is not hard.First I reccommend using a putty knife pryup the large plastic panel about six inches back from the windshield also serves as speaker covers there is a narrow rubber trim that comes off with it,be careful it is held in place with plastic push clips.Next use a metal coat hanger and make it into a small hook use this to remove the small louvered grill near the "Information center"pull gently it will come off.Phew next remove the scews holding the panel down where you first removed the first panel near the windshield.Now look at the rear of the info center and remove the screws there the info center can now be removed.NOW look to the left and down near the steering wheel and remove the screw,there are three others directly across and just under the stock radio.PHEW PHEW.Now you can move the instrument cover away enough to get to the two 10 mm bolts holding the radio in place.Pull the radio and disconnect the ground cable/and clip,antenna cable and etc.
