Remove the bolt from the handle for opening the door, remove the bolt from window opener, remove the screw in the opening where the door handle is located. Then starting at the bottom and work your way up each side pull the panel away from the door for it is held in place by spring like clips, when the bottom and sides are clear just lift up on the panel for it only locks down over on the top. To install reverse this procedure. Hope this helps. Pat

The horn relay on my 1992 Pickup is located on the drivers side, to the right (or towards the front of the truck) of the small fuse block that has an access panel door on the kick panel, you have to remove the kick panel to see the relay, in my case it was just unplugged, plugged it back in and horn now works.
