Wilke339's answer:

Remove entire door panel. Remove plastic cap from Philips screw head in center of inside door handle. Remove screw. Push handle Forward. Gently pull it away from the panel and use flat screwdriver tip to gently push plastic clip off of handle linkage. Then unplug the wire connector from the lock switch.

Remove plastic cap from screw in bottom of door pull cup. Use flat tip screwdriver to pull mirror cover away from door at top, the bottom just hooks in. Use screwdriver or pocketknife to remove plastic rivet from top front of door panel. Use flat screwdriver to pry lower edge of door panel, starting at corner, away from door. Plastic clips, be gentle. When they're all free, lift up on rear end of door panel, to lift it off. Then unplug power window and lock switch, and then unplug the courtesy lamp connector. Door panel is now free.

The speaker cover is held to the door panel with Philips screws from the back side.

A 2004 Honda rear bumper cover can be made to fit a 2007 Honda Accord. However, the amount of helper parts to make this fit happen will cost more in the end than it would to have just bought the bumper outright.
