You cannot run Mac on Windows XP. But you can run Windows on Mac
Unfortunetaly you can't. You can get a Windows setup on a Mac with Apples BootCamp drivers for a full native install or with an emulator like Parallels or VMWare that run in the background.
Internet Explorer for Mac was discontinued in 2002. It is possible to run it in older versions of Mac OS X. Internet Explorer for Windows can be run in Windows on Intel-based Macs via Boot Camp, Parallels Desktop for Mac, or VMWare Fusion.
To run Windows on your Mac you will need a copy of Windows. Apple provides Boot Camp with Mac OS X to allow Windows to be installed alongside Mac OS X. There are commercial applications that run Windows within a window on the Mac. (See links below)
Any operating system that you can run on a desktop can run on a laptop as long as the hardware requirements are met. Installation procedure is similar to the one on a desktop. This applies to Windows, Linux and Mac
Combat Arms is designed for Windows, but you can run it on Mac. Install the program BootCamp and that will enable you to run Windows programs on the Mac.
A user can run any Microsoft Windows application using Mac Bootcamp.

Your laptop depends on your preferences. If you are on a budget like most people you should go for a Dell or HP laptop. If you want your own personal, home computer get a Mac. Macs can also run Windows and Mac OS x. *wait til Christmas to buy because new operating systems are coming out for both; Snow Leopard and Windows 7
Unfortunately you cannot run Mac OS X games on windows.
To run windows XP and Mac OSX they recommend a minimum of 128MB of RAM. However for optimal performance they recommend 256MD for windows XP and 512MB for Mac OSX
You will need to install a windows application on your mac to be able to run windows. If you own a 2006 or newer mac it will allow the installation. Then just boot into windows upon starting your computer and you will be using your application.
