no you cannot
Yes, you can but your TV must have wireless functions.
No, wireless connections can't provide enough power for a TV.
The AirPlay feature found in the latest version of the iOS software will connect an iPhone to the Apple TV. (See links below)
Several devices now exist just for this purpose.Wireless media servers are now coming into the market which can connect to your computers and tvs wirelessly if properly set up.
Yes, simply purchase the suitable video adaptors for your MacBook Pro and television. If you have a MacBook Pro from 2009 or later, you'll need a Mini DisplayPort to VGA adaptor. This can be purchased from the Apple Store and Authorised Resellers. You will also need a VGA cable to connect the adaptor to your television. If your television uses DVI instead of VGA, you'll need a VGA to DVI adaptor.
No, you do not have to have an Apple TV to connect your iPad to the TV. The Apple TV adds convenience because you can display video from your iPad wirelessly on your TV by using the Apple TV. You can connect your iPad directly to your TV but you will need to buy an AV cable.
Yes you can. You will need a Thunderbolt to HDMI cable. If your TV doesn't have an HDMI input, then I don't think you can.
If your tv has a DVI input then you can get a DVI cable and connect your computer to your tv. Also, you can buy a Component Video adapter for macbooks that allows them to connect. However on new Mac's they run a MiniDisplay Port instead of Mini DVI so you'll need a MiniDisplay Port adapter to convert the signal to HDMI or DVI. No -- there is no sanctioned accessory that will wirelessly display the DS screen on a TV.
A few older TVs did have a Firewire port but a recent HD TV will probably have an HDMI port which you could connect to a MacBook Pro via its mini display port. You will probably need to chain a couple of cables together (See links below) but it will depend on the connections available on the TV.
The MacBook Air can access an SD card wirelessly when it is mounted and shared from another computer.
