Anne Frank was not in Bergen-Belson; she was in hiding in Amsterdam and later sent to Auschwitz. Bergen-Belson was a concentration camp in Germany where inmates, including Anne's sister Margot, suffered from starvation, disease, and harsh conditions. Auschwitz was a Nazi concentration and extermination camp in Poland where Anne and her sister died from typhus in 1945.
