Recovery for all nations after World War I was slow and difficult. Germany suffered greatly and the economy eventually collapsed. This led to the election of Adolf Hitler as Chancellor and descent into World War II.

After World War One, it was terrible. Many things were destroyed such as bulidings animal habitat, and all right down to their foundations. Also dead bodys of either side were scattered world wide. This is ment ot be anonymous but.... this is by maddy, 11
