Before the Christ the world was devoid of His most revolutionary teachings as explicit doctrine, and so both innocent and guilty in that world-changing regard, just as in other ways it is now also - though differently - guilty and innocent with regard to the addition of this doctrine. Since the impacts of His teachings have been so widespread and omnipresent, even where only indirectly present in terms of its impacts on people in lands least impacted by those teachings as being there least known and accepted that it is easily arguable that we are simply in no position to truly measure with any degree of verifiable accuracy the degree of impact - so obviously immense at readily-observable face value - His teachings have had, continue to have, and will have on the world since he first instituted them, no related positive or negative judgments of those teachings withstanding.

Before Jesus, most people were Jews and followed the religion Judaism.

Before Jesus, life was more sophisticated than we are prone to think. There were wars and Kings who were greedy and cruel. Many people were Nomads and moved their tents from place to place to allow their sheep to graze. There were thieves and there were good hardworking people. There were murderers and men ruled the homes. Women obeyed and did the preparation of food and clothing and bore the children. They were not pampered unless they were of royal blood. The Jews of the time were obedient to ONE God, while some other religions worshipped several Gods. Much work was done by watching the skies and the stars. Moons were important for planting crops. Diet consisted of olives; fruits such as figs; wine and bread. Meats were lamb and poultry and whatever could be hunted and consumed according to the rules your family lived under. There was slavery and there was farming and carpentry. There were prophets and fortune tellers, religious people and nonreligious. Chariots; donkeys; ships; houses; dogs and a variety of people.

Careful!

"Most people..." Which people? Whilst your more general points are fair, the Hebrews of whom you speak were just one tribal society in one relatively small region on Earth. All continents by then had their own natives living their own lives and worshipping their own gods long before a relatively tiny number of Bronze Age tribes living around the SE Mediterranean coast invented their male-centric society and god. So most people before Jesus were not Jews.

Can you receive in baptism the holy ghost with unforgiveness?

No! you are always received forgiveness with Holy Ghost in Baptism because the person is being cleansed by water. 2 Cor 5:17 "Therefore if anyone is in Christ he is a New Creation, the old has gone, the new has come! Like in the story of Noah, the earth was washed anew & they began a new life with God. We are buried like Christ "immersed in water" and raised like Christ to a brand new life. When we are baptised we are showing God & others that we want our old self to die so we can began a new life dedicated to being like Christ.
