there is no other way you can only evolve finneon. You can actually see it in route 223 just start from sunyshore city and surf upward towards the Pokemon league. the first trainer you see is a girl with one Pokemon, Lumineon. if you want to catch Lumineon wild, i don't think you can. hope this helps!!!!!there are two ways to get lumineon in your pokedex.one way is to evolve it and the other way is to battle a trainer on your way to vitory road
