easy!!! cut out chocolate and fatty foods. snack on fruit instead (i love grapes and cucumber so i eat loads of them) eat healthy meals, and try to eat little and ofte to keep your metabolic rate up. try to exercise a bit. if you dont usually do any then even a couple of decent walks will help!!
