How would someone who has lifted weights using machines and become slightly lopsided because of it become even again?
Get off the machines and grap some dumbells. Use freeweights to strengthen your weaker side. Do only what your weak side can do. If you left arm is weak and you can do 7 reps with that arm and 9 with the other arm then do 7 for both arms.
well first of all you have to have a license to buy it, they dont sell it over the counter anymore because of the ozone layer believe it or not, if you know someone that has it or that you can do it and have the machines to do it then please have them do it, it is a process to get it in to your vehicle with out the machines.
None because there were no vending machines 60 years ago. The history of vending machines goes back to 1888. I'm 67 years old & ate nuts & gumballs from the NYC subway vending machines. My Dad bought his Pall Mall cigs from vending machines. Just wondering if someone w/"seasoned" wisdom like myself knows what kind of nuts they were. They were small & round, tasted like dry, lousy peanuts. Thanx kplivvy
There are many resources to learn how different machines are powered. An awesome resource is your local library where you can check out books on the subject. The Internet has a plethora of articles with information on how machines are powered as well. Finally, asking a mechanic or someone who works with or builds machines how they are powered is an excellent resource.

And anything that "slightly different" is different but not VERY different. For example... You may need to talk to a few people who have machines (the names are often on the machines themselves in snack rooms and other places) as to the tricks and tips. You will need a truck to move the machines, skills in repairing the machines when they malfunction and business sense in…
