Air Condition fan motor only works on speed 4 or works all the time Symptoms:

Solution
The most common solution for this problem is the "Fan Resistor". This resistor control the A/C fan motor and is located next to the fan motor. The installation is very simple and the part can be obtain at any Infiniti or Nissan Dealer.
Installation:
Under the glove box, next to the fan motor, the bottom of the resistor attached to the fan motor box with two screws. Disconnect the resistor and remove the screws. Install the new one and reconnect.
View without glovebox, but is not necessary to remove the glovebox to do the installation
