How would you handle a question over the phone that you cant answer immediately?
well to answer a question on the phone when you can't answer immedietly is an important thing to get right. You don't want to sound stupid or incompetent. simply postbone the answer while you think of what to say some good lines to say are hmmmmmm

or you could repeat the question or ask the person to repeat it to give you more thinking time.
