The are asking you to basically cross match your skills to those of the role you are applying for, in this case a receptionist. If you've undertake duties the same or similar then look at the job specification and identify what they want (key competencies) against those you already have. E.g. Using a certain type of telephone system, using Outlook to email staff members with messages left when they were off site etc

∙ 12y agoI can relate my key competencies as a front desk associate by being a hospitable, because we all know that Filipinos are very hospitable in accepting people once they come to your place and i can treat them properly with respect and also for being approachable, it is important that you are approachable in this kind of job or profession because if you are in the front desk, you are facing with different people and i can say that i have that qualities, I can use computer proficiently and with good communication skills for me to understand of the client and with interpersonal skills as a Nursing Graduate i can say that i have that because when we were students we are always talking to our clients to establish rapport and be comfortable with us for us to easily understand what they need.
