I am trying to find out who to contact, I own a car lot with a dealers license and I want to open a holding lot in a different location, can I sell cars from that lot or do I need a license for that dealership too?
You could go to ca dealerships and ask if you could rent their license and/ or ability to buy wholesale. Somewhere along the line, wholesale licenses require that you be in business and have a lot.
I am not aware of any state that will allow you to buy a car without a valid drivers license.
It Depends what type of place you go to. but probably, You will need a drivers license because if you don't they will probably think you are going to drive without a license and not sell the car to you.Added: The simple answer is, yes, they will. There is no requirement in the law that the purchaser must possess a valid drivers license in order to PURCHASE a vehicle. Car dealers are in business to sell cars. The only thing they will NOT let you do, is drive off the lot with it.
No, if you have the owner of the parking lots permission.
