You have two choices here: either try a password cracking program and hope to get lucky in a reasonable amount of time (anywhere from a few seconds to years depending on the strength of the password used), or reset the administrator password to something you know.
Other than password cracking you really can't "retrieve" the password of an account on a system.
There are utilities to reset the password (especially on XP systems) and they work really well. You obviously need physical access to the machine to do this. Run a Google search for XP password reset or something like that and you will be directed to sites that have this utility.
You would have to load a password hacker, so you need to re post your question, with the OS of the computer.
I want to get my husband password in his email so I can read about his cheating emails and divorce him.
Ask Him LOL
Just trust him sweetie!
First, you should ask him to unlock them. If it is something that you absolutely need and he won't budge, you can get free password software.

You must not try to find other's Gmail password. Even if that person is your wife or husband. They too have their private information.
If you want to use any printer, you have to install appropriate drivers. Thus you husband has to install same drivers too.
