∙ 15y agoI would have to say no it is not ok to date someone that is that young wait till she is at least 16 years old before you starting dating her. (In most states the persons consent age for if you wanted to have sex is at least 15 to 16 years old) plus if I had a daughter that was 13 I would not allow a 16 year old be spend any time with her it is not morally right.
