Hello, You didn't mention whether you're pregnant or not. If you are pregnant then you need to go to ER as its possible you could be having a miscarriage. If you're not pregnant then its a heavy period.

I had heavy bleeding and cramps at 9.5 weeks and knew i was going to have a micarriage , i phoned the early pregnancy unit straightaway and they said i could only have a scan when the bleeding had stopped so i stopped bleeding about 4 days later and the scan revealed the baby had gone , i am now 5 weeks pregnant , i was advised to have a period first and conceive on the next period and bingo i am pregnant again and i am hoping this preganancy will be fine , my friends have all had miscarriages and gone on too have healthy children , what makes me feel positive is that i am not the only woman who has been through this .

No contributor to this site can diagnose physical or mental illnesses, diseases, pregnancy or suggest medical procedures over the internet, nor is it the purpose of this site for them to do so. The best that can be offered is general advice which can never be personal to anyone asking a question as we are not aware of all the circumstances. If you are truly worried about your condition then you must seek local medical attention.

Can you have a miscarriage if you have pains in your stomach in your first month of pregnancy?

Pain that is heavy cramping and accompanied by bloody discharge or bleeding like having a period could indicate a miscarriage. It is difficult to tell that early in a pregnancy unless you have a doctor's exam.

Is heavy bleeding and cramping normal in early pregnancy?

I wouldn't think so. I would go to the doctors to make sure everything is ok. I have one kid and i never bled or had cramps while i was pregnant. I have heard of bleeding but not severe cramping.

I had a miscarriage sept 26 now I am cramping with some pain and bleeding could this be a period already?

You are 2 months pregnant w your second baby now you are experiencing cramping spotting every time you pee last pee came out the slippery fluid followed by the bunch of blood possible is miscarriage?

Symptoms of miscarriage include but are not limited to: heavy bleeding, bright red bleeding, clots, cramping, loss of pregnancy symptoms, dizziness, and abdominal pain. If you feel that you could be having a miscarriage or have any type of bleeding during pregnancy you should call your Dr. If you are having heavy bleeding (more than 1 pad per hour), back/shoulder pain, smelly discharge, yellow/green discharge, or fever you should go to the ER immediately.

Can you have miscarriage with out the cramping just blood?

Yes, you can. I miscarried last week and had what would be a normal period for me, just dull achy cramps and not super heavy bleeding. Unfortunately, it is so hard to predict what your body will do because everyone is different. If you are not having any cramping, be thankful, it could be much worse.

Cramping and bleeding at 5 weeks pregnant?

Answer If ur cramping and bleeding at 5 weeks pregnant it could be two things: a miscarriage or you thought that you were pregnant and you were just really REALLY late. IF CONFIRMED PREGNANCY, CALL DOC IMMEDIATELY OR GO TO EMERGENCY ROOM.

What is the color of blood after a miscarriage?

* The most common and clear symptom of a miscarriage is vaginal bleeding associated with or without pain. The blood color can range from brown to bright red and could be accompanied by cramps. Bleeding could be in the form of mild spotting, persistent bleeding, heavy bleeding and passage of large clots.

Are you having a miscarriage if you are 6 weeks pregnant but you have bleeding and cramping as if you are having your period but you still have the signs of being pregnant?

this could be signs of an early m/c or it could be normal. i sugguest calling your doctor & going for a check-up. sometimes m/c can be avoided if you limit your activities & sometimes it just means there was something wrong with the egg & sperm when they joined. good luck. Month and a half? Very common to have miscarriages. Ususally SEVERE cramping though... then HEAVY bleeding. My 90% guess is a miscarriage, though.

You have cramping but no bleeding?

could you be pregnant ???

Pain and bleeding at 14 weeks whats happing to me?

You need to call your doctor or midwife, to see if they want you to be evaluated. Depending on the amount of bleeding and the severity of the pain, you could be having a miscarriage or you could be having placenta issues. Bleeding and cramping in the second trimester is not normal.

You passed a clam sized tissue grey and pink in colur with blood and cramping you went to the doctor but the pregnancy test was negative- could this still have been a miscarriage still?

Yes this was most likely a miscarriage. Especially if you experienced abdominal crmaping & vaginal bleeding. If you didn't experience cramping & bleeding then it most likely wasn't a miscarriage but uterine tissue being released which does happen sometimes - its your uterus way of clearing itself out fully.
