IPhone wont turn on

To turn on an iPhone that won't turn on, follow these simple steps. If none of these seem to work please notify me at ivanthehackerful@live.com.

Step 1:

Try plugging it into your computer. If it detects it, hold the power button down and if it turns on, then you're done! If not please move on to Step 2.

Step 2:

If you do not want to take the risk of jailbreaking your iPhone, please skip Step 3.

(Please note that the Mac version will NOT work with PPC's (Power PC's). It will only work with x86 or Intel Mac's.)

Follow the on-screen steps to jailbreak your iPhone. If your iPhone still doesn't turn on or is undetected notify me (I left my E-Mail address at the top) and Apple Inc.:http: //www.apple.com/support/contact/phone_contacts.html

Or move on to the third and final step.

Step 3: Go to Apple support. Ths can be found at the end of Step 2. Select you country and choose iPhone Support. It should have a troubleshooting page.

First open iTunes and Conect your iPhone cord to your computer, but do not plug it into your iPhone. Then press and hold the home button on your phone while conecting the iPhone cord into your iPhone continue to hold down the home button. Then click restore in iTunes. Good Luck!

i had this problem as well !

this is how i fixed mine :

hold in the power button and the home button at the same time until the little apple icon shows up on the screen and that should be it :)! , it may take up to 2-3mins to power on properly !

My iPhone 4 recently did this. I turned it all the way off and plugged it into the wall, then I turned it on and the apple sign came up, so I sat there and waited for it to boot up and then the restart swirling circle came up and it kept freezing and my phone was vibrating. It did this all night long and most of the morning until I plugged it into my laptop and it worked again. The next day my iPhone did this again, so I did what I did before and it didn't work. The phone's screen went black and little red stripes appeared slowly moving. When I plugged in my phone into the wall while the lines were still on the screen nothing happened. The iPhone did not vibrate like it usually does when I plug it in. I held down the home button and the on/off button for 10 seconds and the apple logo appeared and my phone turned on and was fairly normal acting for the rest of the day. The next day my phone did the same thing, but holding down the buttons would not work and nor would plugging it into my laptop. A sign with a charger and iTunes logo appeared, I searched through the internet for something to fix it. I tried everything the websites said, nothing worked. If I were you I would contact Apple or whoever your phone is with, Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, etc.. They might just tell you you're out of luck and to restore your phone. There was something else you could also do that synced it on iTunes, but it won't work if you have a passcode. I had to restore my phone and now I have no contacts and it's summer and where I live everyone goes on vacation. I am also on vacation and I only have like 5 contacts. I'm sorry, but that might be just what you have to do if nothing works.

you may want to charge it for a while like an hour or 2 then if it still doesnt work press the 2 buttons and hold them down. that should turn it on. if no call 1-800 my iphone
