Korean artist, Yi Am, is much respected, but value cannot be determined on a "picture." Paintings and prints by Yi Am would almost certainly be of value, although posters and any offset prints would just as surely not.
There are many Bernard Picture Co prints on ebay. Sometimes listed under B.P. Inc., depending on what's on the litho print itself. This will give you an idea of value. BUT be sure to look at COMPLETED listings, to see what the art prints actually sold for (not what sellers are asking for them.) The value of the print depends mostly on who the Artist is, rather than the publisher. I would suggest you do research on the Artist, first. If your Artist seems to be well known and popular, then the art print might have some value.
Is it a photograph or painting? Without a known artist or photographer's name on it , the painting (or picture) would have to be much older than that to be of much worth. If it is a spectacular example of whatever style it is, it could be of some value. Otherwise, it is only of aesthetic or decorating value --as valuable as, say, a pretty mirror might be.

The worth or value of a John Booth lithograph will depend on the artist, the condition, and the rarity of the piece. It is best to have it appraised for the actual value.

I have a picture the artist is Coulson signed in the bottom left corner of the picture. It is a picture for E.W. Gale and Son (the princess royal). The picture is in great condition. I found one website that had it at auction, it was listed as unsold. I would like to find out more about the artist, when the picture was made, where it was made at, and the value. I love the picture and the frame and really am not interested in selling or tossing it aside regardless of what I find out. But, I would like to atempt to put a value on it for insurance purposes

a picture is worth a thousand words
Singular possessive of picture is picture's, e.g. the picture's value exceeded our wildest dreams.
One cent. Huge numbers were minted and they still turn up in change. To clarify things, it's called a Lincoln cent. "Liberty pennies" carried a picture of Miss Liberty and were minted from 1793 to 1857. Coins with the word LIBERTY on them as opposed to a picture of Miss Liberty are always referred to by the name of the design or in some cases the coin's artist; e.g. Morgan dollars.
