If you are often times losing your earrings, it is probably because you are using traditional pin backs. Either type of back is safe as long as the screw backs are not put on too tightly and cause infection.

You just slide the backs off if its a stud. If its a ring, pop the ball out and if its a post, unscrew the ball. If they're really tough to get off, try having someone take them off for you and if that doesnt work, go see a piercer.

A simple household item that one can use to organize earrings is a foam or styrofoam pad. The earrings are pressed into the pad, and stick without falling or becoming dislodged. Dangling earrings can be hung on a mesh sheet to avoid getting tangled. Another household item that one can use to organize earrings is a bulletin board. The earrings are pressed into the bulletin board, and the backs are stored separately in a little container.

Where can you find the earring backs that stick on the back to help reposition the french wire earring as a result of your pierced ear hole having stretched?

What you need to do is get rid of the Sheppard's hooks on those earrings, the earring it's self weighs too much for the hook and is actually cutting your lobe over time, change the hooks to a thicker gauge wire and you should be OK
