It is natural to be worried about the size of your penis. But, you are still young and thus you still have time for your penis to lengthen.
The normal size is 5-6 inches long.
Remember, the penis is not a muscle, so playing with it often will not lengthen it. But, eating healthier can help your blood flow. When erect the penis fills with blood and that is what determines the size. But, nothing is for sure on how to make a penis larger.
It's not really the length that counts, because the inside of a vagina is considered 'numb' and a women can not feel it unless it is putting pressure on other organs.
You have nothing to worry about, you are normal.

There is little point in measuring your penis when it is flaccid (soft, limp, unerect) as the length can vary depending on changes in temperature and in your emotional state.
