All pregnancies are different. But yes you could already be getting bigger especially if you haven't lost the extra weight for the previous pregnancy. But if you already lost the weight then maybe it is in your head. Cause with my second child I felt like I was already getting big at 6 weeks but really my stomach just hurt and I was bloated. Just measure your stomach size each week and weigh yourself and then you will know if you are getting bigger sooner
