I am half way into a five year lease for a large digital printer which has not been working correctly lately do I have any right to get out of this lease due to the working condition of the printer?

I believe, you have the right to use the "lemon law" or at least change the equipment or "upgrade". I am planning to lease a printer myself with Konica/Minolta.
