I asked 21st century and they said that when I claim reimbursement for towing it will not affect my history or premium But is there any hidden danger?

They are telling you the truth. As long as you don't make a habit of doing it often. If you have it happen a few times they will assume you don't maintain your vehicle and will probably cancel your policy but once or twice won't affect your price at all.
