I already beat red but mr .pokemon won't give the red orb in soulsilver why?

After you beat Red, you have to go to Prof. Oak's lab. and then he will give you one of the three Kanto starters(Bulbasaur, Charmander or Squirtle). Then, if you get into Mr. Pokémon's house, he will give you the Red Orb(Soul Silver)/Blue Orb(Heart Gold).

∙ 13y agoIf you've gotten the Kanto starter from Professor Oak, talk to him or Professor Elm. Either should get an email from Mr. Pokemon saying he's found something and wants you to have it. Then you should go to him and receive either the red or the blue orb, depending on your version.
