I cant get through the ice path on Pokemon heart gold you have to get though it to get to blackthorn city but its to hard is there an eisier way?

Are you in Mahogany town? You need to do the lake of Rage (shiny!) and the team rocket hideout which is the house with the suspicious tree. Then the guy selling RageCandyBars should let you through though you can still buy them from him.
