I changed the battery in key fob of a Nissan x-trail it now dos not lock automaticaly but will lock with key in door?

It may be necessary to have dealer equipment reintroduce the key fob to your vehicle. First, I would double check that the battery is installed correctly, and take a second look at your owners manual. I didn't see anything about reprogramming, but I may have missed something.

One thing to try: Sit in the car, at the same time, hold down the power door lock button on the door and the power door lock button on the keyless entry. This works on some cars, and when it does, the horn will honk once after a few seconds to let you know reprogramming was successful.
