Well, since I don't know what you have written all ready it makes it a little hard to answer this question. General guidelines are have you answered the who, what, how, when, where questions? Did you write this in sequence? Did you describe the events? Did you give the reader a sense of the event? I know it is hard to read something that you have written like you didn't write it, but try that and see what you left out. Did you tell the whole story or the story from one side? Did you give all the data and facts? Do you tell why it happened and how? Did you include pictures or drawings? Did you watch the documentaries on the ship and give a sense of what it is like today? I hope I have helped you and given you some questions to make your paper better. Good luck.
you dont. make it out of something else
The titanic HAS been found already, and i think if they could or wanted to melt it down, they would. But i dont think the government wants to, or anyone else.

In the time you spent trying to get somebody else to write this paper for you, you could have written down all the things you did - and your paper would be finished by now!
You may write your book anywhere you wish - you can sit at your computer, or take pen and paper and write somewhere else.

There is no way for anyone else to write your conclusion for you. The conclusion of your paper must sum up the points you have made in the paper -- you have to write your own homework.
