I get random pains everywhere in my body on the bottom of my feet my arms legs shoulders and chest I am very tired all the time but I can't fall asleep at night what could be causing this?

this comes from your body being stuck in fight or flight mode.
no matter how tired you are, you can't sleep because of this.
and when you lay down, your heart beats faster.
Help this by moving slower, and whenever you do get tired, even if its in the middle of the day, take a nap.
this will help to re-align you sleep schedule and circadian rhythm.
