I got a salamence with serious nature and I wanted to know witch move was better fire fang or fire blast according to my calculations fire fang should be a bit stronger because its attack is higher?

I don't think it would really make a difference. Salmence's Attack and Special Attack stats are both rather high, so it's your decision whether you want Fire Fang or Fire Blast.
