I am going to have to put this as bluntly as I can because there is no other way. You have to get over him! He did not commit to you because he did not love you (your words). There is really nothing you can do but get over him. If you're sad or depressed about it (it happens and it's normal) treat yourself to a fun day, go shopping, see a movie, hang out with friends, do whatever makes you happy to stop moping about a silly boy. Live your own life, don't be stuck under the thumb of some guy that didn't care about you like he should have.
