If you were hurt on the job, report it to the workers compensation board and they will make the determination if it was preventable or not. Your boss can not deny you filing a claim.
its self defense its theyre fault if they attacked you, handle your business
Sorry that was not my fault ,it is your fault.
A bee. They have THOUSANDS OF EYES and they see outside of there hives and inside theyre bodies. If you dare to throw a stick in theyre hive they will know you did it and sting you to death. So this is no joke kiddo,If you don't listen to this, its not my fault
Well I didnt have to have a doctors note for my piercing... but I guess some reasons for needing a note is because you could be allergic to chemicals theyre using to clean the area of where theyre gonna pierce..or your could be allergic to the latex gloves theyre using or the type of metal theyre putting in you or you could have this one thing where you bleed way to much when you get a cut and that could be bad especially when theyre going to put a hole in your body... I guess what the other person is trying to say is that if you are a Hemophiliac where when you are cut the platelets (that make your blood clot so you stop bleeding.) dont clot your blood so you need to be given a special medicine to put more plasma in your body. Other then that if you are talking about school, it could be a school policy..if your talking about the person who is piercing your ears wants a doctors note it could be because of liability. so if you have an allergic reaction to the metals, latex, plastics, chemicals, creams,or anything else they use..its not their fault and you cant sue them.
Of course, and most likely he should be sued. But it is not a guaranteed win. The medical profession acknowledges that some tubal ligations reverse themselves somehow without it being the fault of the doctor. More than likely it is the doc's fault, but it is not so in every case.
umm... You would be an adult and he would be a minor. That would make you at fault for everything.
It really depends on the doctor, it seems like a personal call to me. Call them up.
If it was neglect on part of the doctor or hospital then yes. But if it was your fault or something that could not have been controlled then no. Check with a lawyer to see if you have a case.

Yes, of course you can. Doctors have a liability to protect you from damage and harm that may occur in the doctors office. The first thing you should do would be to talk to the doctor himself, make sure it was his/her fault, and then consult with an attorney.
He could have been saved. But thanks to his doctor he's dead. It's not all his fault but he's the one who presgribed it.
the Hayward fault is a "transform" fault. :)
