I had a miscarriage at about 5 weeks took two blood tests that confirmed it was a miscarriage but after about 4 weeks I took 2 pg testS and came out positive does this mean I am pregnant again?

I had one last month and think I may be pregnant again also. However, I did ready today that our HCG amount may not go down for 4-6 weeks after a miscarriage ( so that could cause a positive result). So I think you should go to your doctor for a blood test. But good luck to you. It certainly sounds like it. You can getpregnant two weeks after a miscarriage. Good Luck.

∙ 16y agoIf I was you I would ring your GP or if you find this difficult ring NHS direct for advice (be prepared to wait for a call back). Miscarriage is a very difficult time for any woman and there are people you can talk to like British pregnancy advisory service or the Samaritans. Dont go through this alone and try not to worry. It may depend on the reason for the miscarriage and how far into the pregnancy she was. There is no reason not to start trying again right away, after a very early miscarriage - with your doctor's OK.
