If they've been accidentally (or purposefully) left out overnight, they should not be eaten.
Grapes have been eaten by humans for thousands of years. They were discovered somewhere near the middle east.
If hot dogs have been thawed out and then left out of the cool of the fridge, do not eat them.
This is not always true. My. 9-year old dog has eaten grapes/raisins MANY times, and was not affected. My 2-year old dog (that we no longer have) has eaten them just as much as my 9-year old dog has, and has not been affected either. It could have been they're species (Austrailian Cattle Dog), or, they might have just been lucky, and developed an imunnity.
Fridge in slang means someone who is cold like a fridge and therefore, hasn't been kissed.
I don't believe grapes alone are not healthy for you to consume but rather the products they use to treat grapes. I have also been told that grapes can be poisonous to dogs.

Spoiled meat will smell spoiled. The color of the surface of the meat is from oxygenation, being exposed to air, and can vary from red to gray. A steak frozen for a month and then thawed in the fridge for a few days is more than likely fine (unless there is a bad smell).
