It could very well be your period. That's the human body for you. There are so many variations (stress, diet, fitness) that affect to your monthly cycle's length. Not every cycle is the same length. Some are longer, some are shorter, some don't even occur. If you bleed as if you normally did during a period, and your period is due soon, it's most likely your period.

Either you got your period back or you were pregnant and miscarried. Never wait this long to find out why you are not bleeding.

I don't know about the light pink bleeding but the cramps is normal so is the blood getting brown towards the end. That just means the blood has been in your body longer.
