It could mean several things..of course the most obviuos is carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) if you mean your first 3 fingers and not your little finger. This is the area that the median nerve controls and when compressed or pinch can give you CTS. Usually symptoms are worse at night..and can be an ache, numbnees and tingling. Other things can mimic CTS like a pinched nerve in your neck..which can give you the same pattern of symptoms in the hand and Ulnar neuritis usually effects the last 2 fingers of your hand and is caused by an inflamation or injury to the ulnar nerve which goes through your elbow into your hand.
you broke it
When my left hand started going numb I went to the doctor and she told me I had carpal tunnel. The thing about it was that my whole hand wasn't going numb it was just my first four fingers and I didn't feel any numbness in my pinkie finger.
Most likely, you've pinched a nerve. It's also possible that you've slept with your arm under you and bent at the elbow, compressing the nerve that leads to those two fingers. I, myself, suffer this quite often, but that's because I have a severed nerve in my left hand that causes those two fingers to remain numb for the rest of my life. It causes some havok from time to time as well. A couple days ago, I burned those two fingers on a hot pan that had just come out of the oven, and didn't realize that the burns were 2nd degree burns until I looked at them.
its in your fingers
If it's your hand, you've either smacked or pinched your ulna nerve. It's located near your elbow. It will temporarily make your pinky and ring finger go numb. This can sometimes last for days. The same thing can happen in your foot if you pinch the corresponding nerve near your knee.
Very slowly warm up the hand.
my son has a 102.2 fever he is 18 years old but his hands and fingers are numb! is that normal?
I couldn't understand this question, what does it mean
fingers on the trigger
It may mean you have had a stroke. You should definitely call a doctor.
Obstruction of blood flow, decreasing how much oxygen is getting to the fingers.
because your fingers get cold and when your fingers get cold nerves in your fingers slowly shut down that's why ppl get frost bite
