possible the slave cylindar is getting weak. When cold, fluid is thicker, warm it may bleed past easier?

Q: I have a 1993 ford ranger 4cyl 5speed when warm it will not shift.when cold it shifts fine. I have checked the clutch fluid it is fine so is the gear lube. if you shut the truck off it will shift.?
