I have a 1996 Chevy Tahoe and the Hvac Fan motor runs in high speed only.what is the problem?

it is your climate control switch. it has burned and you need to replace it. Actually a diode control device located about the glove box. Remove glove box, with nimble fingers you can remove the metal screws holding the control in place, disconnect wiring and replace unit. Can be purchased at most auto parts stores.
