I have a 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and the turn signals stop blinking but remain lit. How do I fix this problem?

IF IT HAPPENS ON BOTH SIDES THEN THIS IS CAUSED BY THE FLASHER UNIT, IF IT ONLY HAPPENS ON ONE SIDE THEN YOU HAVE A BAD EARTH CONNECTION ON ONE OF THE BULBS.
