I have a 2000 Cadillac Catera the ABS and TC light is on Any suggestions?

If the steering also feels stiff it is probably the electronic brake traction control module. If it pulls to one side while braking it is probably a sticking anti lock brake module.

There are many sensors on the Catera. The exhaust has two on each exhaust pipe. There are many more in other parts of the engine.

If the speedometer/odometer is working, chances are the VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor) is good.

The spark plugs are under the throttle body on my 1997 Catera, assume they are in the same place on your 2000. Just unplug the hoses and electrical wire clip/connections, unbolt the throttle body and you will be able to access the plugs.

If it's like my 98, it's next to the oil filter. One torques bolt holds it in place.
