try changing the cam sensor. this worked for me.
I had the same problem 3 times on my '97 Sebring. Twice, I replaced the crank position sensor with the (lower-priced) after-market sensors. They worked for a while, about a year and they go bad again. Finally, I replaced it with a Chrysler part, and have had no problem since. I hate to say it... but for the difference in price, this is one part I would highly recommend spending the extra money.
When I worked for Chrysler the Neons were doing the same thing and the cluster needed to be replaced (Bad soldering job from factory). Call Chrysler to see if they have a recall for this problem. If they do it will be replaced for free.
If you do not have any external leaks, a head gasket is most likely.
I replaced a rotor fan assembly and recharged plus refrigerant. It worked fine for a month. Now my AC goes and goes. What is wrong with my AC.
Just seen the concorde over my house in the Charente, France.. Not a military aircraft/ Having worked at heathrow for more than 38 years it is very recognisable...
Probably because Daymler-Chrysler worked with Mercedes in the construction of some cars. Ex.: Dodge Sprinter, Chrysler Pacifica... i guess it worked for both sides.
Chrysler Defense invented it. A lot of people worked on its design.
On a 2000 I switched the backup light (which worked) into the brake light hole. It did not work. But brake light bulb in backup light hole worked. So that means it is NOT the bulb. Has to be sensor. I had problems with the taillights on a '99. Problem was the connector to the light assembly. I replaced the wiring harness connector using a junkyard replacement.
plug the sensor in then disconnect the battery for an hour. then try. Thank You that worked but now it is idleing at 3 rpm and when I press on the gas and hold it down it almost stalls out and backfires randomly. Could it be the timing now?
I have the same problem replaced speedometer clurstor got one out of wrecking took awhile to find one that worked ps you chang the sensor on the transimission . hopes this hepls
In Aug. 2010 I replaced the S200 button battery for my 1980's colibri touch sensor lighter with a battery from radio shack identified with #303 for approx. $6. The 303 battery had the correct deminsions, fit properly and the electronic ignition worked immediately.
