I have a severe headache on the right side of my head but i am only 11 does anything know what is wrong with me?

There is not enough information to diagnose your problem. The vast majority of the time, especially in young people, headaches are not due to anything serious, but if you have a headache that causes changes in your vision, experience nausea or vomiting, or have recently had a head injury, you should go to the emergency room, but other than that you are probably fine.
