I have to disconnect the battery cable every time I stop or the car will not start after 30 minutes. It's a new battery and the alternator has been checked. What could be wrong?

Something is pulling power from the battery. Check lights under hood, brake, trunk, interior, glove box, etc. Can also be a stuck relay.
