I just got my wisdon teeth out with use of anesthesia and my doc said my birth control will be ineffective for 3 months does that mean emergency contraceptives will be ineffective too?

There are now known drug interactions with the benzodiazepines or propofol or nitrous oxide used during oral surgery. If there were, the interaction would not last for three months. Use a backup method of Birth Control until you get a second opinion. Consider consulting with a family planning center or other health care provider with expertise in birth control.
