I just had my engine rebuilt due to a Warranty issue The car has less than 25000 miles on it When the car came back there was blue smoke coming out of the exhaust Should I be concerned?

Blue smoke is usually oil burning. A number of things could cause that. If it doesn't stop have it checked out.
